With continued growth on the horizon, we have made strategic changes to prepare for our future: we hired several key office personnel and doubled our field staff, we implemented new project management software, and we revamped our accounting processes. We are proud of our recent accomplishments and equally as proud that, despite all of the changes, we have managed to have some fun and maintain our tight-knit culture.
